Warm Apple Pie Smoothie

Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free

Ingredients

1/3 cup of homemade apple sauce (just apples, water & cinnamon if you like - no sugar added!) - I like to add this warm to the smoothie.
1/4 of a ripe banana
1/2 cup of cashew, almond or coconut milk
1/3 cup of water
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
Plant protein Powder (You can try this one!)
1 tbsp hemp hearts
Sprinkle of chia seeds
1/4-1/2 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle of nutmeg & cloves
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt

method

  1. If your apple sauce isn't warm, just use warm water or water milk and this will make it like a warm piece of apple pie.
