smashed Avocado on Toast

Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-free

Ingredients

Piece of gluten-free bread (ensure that this is not loaded with fillers, binders, weird oils), toasted
1/2 ripe avocado or more
Sprinkle of Himalayan salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper & paprika
Fresh, local micro greens (sunflower, pea shoots, radish) for some crunch
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Method

  1. On your piece of toast, smash your avocado and spread on the bread.
  2. Top with the micro greens, salt, spices, lemon juice.
