Raspberry Chocolate Truffle Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 of a ripe banana
1/2 cup or so raspberries
1/4 of a ripe avocado
1/2 cup homemade cashew beverage or fave dairy-free beverage
Plant Protein Powder (You can try this one!)
1 tbsp REAL raw cocao powder (Find here!)- not "Dutch cocoa powder" in this case, as it won't have as many health benefits due to processing (great source of powerful antioxidants, magnesium, fibre, zinc & can work to boost your mood because of its feel good chemicals, hello!)
1 tbsp hemp hearts
Sprinkle of chia seeds
3/4 cup water
Ice if desired

Method

  1. Blend, blend, blend! Serve in your fave glass with some dairy-free choco chippys!
