Mango Matcha Magic Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 of a ripe banana
1/2 or 1 small ripe mango (or 1/2 cup frozen)
1/2 of a ripe avocado
1-2 tsp of Matcha - green tea powder (here's the energy boost without the crash!)
Sprinkle of chia seeds
Plant protein powder (You can try this one!)
Water
Ice
Optional add-on: spinach or kale

Method

  1. Blend, blend, blend! Serve in a tall glass!
