A Toolkit For Managing Anxiety & Stress Online Workshop

Join myself, Miya Didrichsons, Holistic Health Coach, CNE & Krista Manduck, Reiki Practitioner, Holistic Nutrition Coach for an online workshop on managing anxiety and stress.

Over the past few years, the stigma behind mental illness has begun to lift. The word anxiety has begun to appear far more often and more and more people are becoming comfortable talking about it. With anxiety, there is stress. Daily stress can be one of the more obvious reasons for anxiety and it can really do a lot of damage to the body when it's chronic. So these two topics, go hand and hand.

I started sharing my own experiences with anxiety just 2 years ago, but it wasn't until more recently that I started to truly open up and give ALL the details on what was going on in my life.

I started to experience anxiety at the age of 8 and from there it carried on into adulthood. I NEVER spoke about it when I was young and I rarely did in my teens. It wasn't really until university, that I started to confide in a few select people. But even then, I didn't feel like I could share the whole story on how it affected me.

Fast forward to today, I am able to manage my anxiety and for the most part experience very little of it.

Just how can we get out of the routine of chronic stress? How can we learn to manage our anxiety? How can we live more freely?

We have put together a toolkit of tips from our personal experiences, as well as learned knowledge from our studies, that can ultimately help you to find relief and learn how to shift certain areas of your life.

The workshop will consist of:

  • The anxiety & stress management toolkit - eg. daily practices, diet changes, self-care presented by Miya

  • A Guided Meditation by Krista

  • You will receive a recording of the entire workshop + a booklet with the key takeaways & journaling space.
