Lemon Blueberry & Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

1 lemon juiced (only use fresh lemon juice)
Handful blueberries
1/4-1/2 of a ripe avocado
1/4 of a ripe banana
1/4-1/3 cup of full-fat coconut cream (the stuff that comes in the can)
1 tbsp hemp hearts
Sprinkle of chia seeds
Plant protein powder (You can try this one!)
Water
Ice

Method

  1. Blend, blend, blend! Serve in your fave glass and sprinkle with shaved coconut!
